A people-pleaser is a person who constantly goes above and beyond to make other people feel good. People-pleasers tend to be generally empathetic, thoughtful, and caring, all positive personality traits.

But People-Pleasers pay a price if they don’t know how to pay attention to their own needs as much as they do to the people they love.
