Brittany Sawrey, MSc, Clinical Intern

I deeply believe that each person’s story is unique, important, and powerful and that as we explore your story together we will find clues to help us navigate where you want to go next. My biggest priority is that you and I build a strong connection for the journey ahead because I believe our relationship is our most important tool in therapy. I hope to provide a space where you feel like you can fully relax, engage, and feel safe. I love providing education about why we’re doing what we’re doing, as well as resources and tools for you to use as we incorporate your mind, emotions, and body into our work together.
I am a Clinical Intern in my second year of ASU’s Master of Counseling (MC) program. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a BS in Biology and from Imperial College London with an MSc in Conservation Science, and I believe that nature can play an enormous role in our mental health. In my free time, I love to garden, create sculptures out of books (after I’ve read them of course!) and do Krav Maga.
