Coping with stress

Struggling To Catch Your Breath?

The Toll Of Physical Stress And Emotional Stress

“Brian” my “running buddy” (you may think differently when you hear my story), helps me demonstrate a good lesson about coping with stress in this video!

My takeaways for you today:  Coping skills are to cope. You can’t avoid problems altogether, but it does make it easier to pick yourself up and continue to move forward more easily down the path. And as  Brian reminds me, remember to breathe!

Also, a big thanks to Rebecca, co-owner of Tortoise & Hare Sports, in Glendale, Arizona. She was the one who shared that this particular part of Deems Hills Running Trail is referred to by locals as “Puke’s Peak”! Perspective is everything!
