“Mindfulness” has become a very popular buzzword in pop psychology.
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. in a world where our attention is constantly pulled in multiple directions, it makes sense why a practice of “Mindfulness” is important.
