Hannah Fillinger
Hi, my name is Hannah!
I work with tweens, teens, and adults, providing individual counseling. The teen years are full of so much growth and change. I love assisting adolescents in adopting skills to improve their daily living. I also work with adults adjusting to the demands and unexpected shifts in life.
I believe that creating a healing and emotionally responsive environment best allows
my clients to feel empowered and supported. I work collaboratively with clients to recognize their strengths and abilities through a combination of cognitive-behavioral, existential, and strengths-based techniques. A strong therapeutic relationship is imperative in this work. I aspire to form trusting, meaningful, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships in my role as a clinician.
I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. I moved to Arizona, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and human development. I later earned my Master's of Counseling degree at Arizona State University (Go Devils!).
