I am the founder and clinical director of Elevate Counseling and I specialize in helping anxious teens and high achieving adults in Northwest Phoenix, overcome obstacles and find more enjoyment in life.

My goal for you in counseling is to feel safe, supported and inspired to learn, grow, and become your best self. I recognize the blessings of "running fast" in your mind, but also practice what I preach and utilize effective coping strategies to intentionally slow down and perform optimally.

My approach to counseling is straightforward, realistic, and supportive, with a touch of humor, in a nonjudgmental environment.

I have a Master's of Counseling (MC) degree from Arizona State University where I graduated with honors.
