Jena Jozwicki
Hi! My name is Jena.
I work with children, teens, and adults providing individual counseling. I strive to help the people I support gain awareness, providing guidance through collaboratively exploring the conscious and sometimes unconscious factors that might be motivating you. Together, we can discover strategies to push past the things that might be holding you back.
Humans are resilient. I hope that I can provide a safe space for you to open up and share your thoughts and emotions with me.
I graduated from Arizona State University with a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. During my free time, I like to spend time with friends and family. I love reading, and music festivals and am quite the anime fanatic!
My experience includes:
- Anxiety Disorders
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Art Therapy integration
- Grief & loss
- Depression
- Anger management
