I believe that growth and healing occur in the context of relationships; building a therapeutic relationship gives us the foundation to understand the nuance and complexity of behavior to navigate change. I use a caring, non-judgmental approach to partner with clients in developing coping skills, self-awareness, and relational insight.
Through an integrated trauma-informed, family systems and humanistic approach, I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectal Behavioral, and Polyvagal Theory to support a client’s process.
